Getting Started
Can I get service without signing a long-term contract?
Yes. We offer flexible month-to-month service for most customers. Unlike many national providers who require 1–3 year contracts with automatic renewal clauses, we earn your business every pickup. If you need a scheduled service agreement for compliance documentation, we can provide one — but it’s not required to get started.
How quickly can you set up service for a new account?
Most new accounts are up and running within one business week. In many cases, we can have your first pickup scheduled within 2–3 business days. We’ll walk you through the container setup, schedule your first pickup, and make sure your staff knows the proper procedures — all before your first service date.
Do you offer reusable containers or only single-use boxes?
We offer reusable bins as part of our standard program, and over 500 of our customers use them. Reusable containers are more cost-effective than single-use cardboard boxes, and they’re fully compliant with EPA and DOT regulations for regulated medical waste transport. On each pickup, we swap your full container for a fresh, sanitized one.
What’s included in the price — are there extra fees?
Our pricing is flat-rate and all-inclusive. We do not charge separate fees for fuel surcharges, container rental, regulatory compliance fees, or manifests. The quote we give you is the price you pay. Many national providers add these fees on top of a base rate, which can push your actual cost significantly higher than the original quote.
Do I receive documentation after each pickup?
Yes. After every pickup you receive a manifest or certificate of disposal documenting the date, weight, and handling of your waste stream. This documentation is required for OSHA and state regulatory compliance and should be kept on file for a minimum of 3 years. We make this easy by providing it automatically with every service.
Can you service multiple locations under one account?
Yes. We regularly service multi-location practices, dental groups, veterinary chains, and health systems across our 7-state territory. We can set up each location on the same billing account with consolidated invoicing, making it easy to manage compliance across your entire organization.
